Minimums and gratuity
Hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum Monday to Thursday, and Friday to Sunday evenings have a 4- to 6-hour minimum. New Year's Eve is a peak night, so the minimum for your vehicle and date is stated in your written quote. Gratuity is not included unless your quote says so; 15 to 20 percent is customary.
